Why we built this
Every casino review site lists withdrawal times. Almost all of them copy the number from the casino's own FAQ. We got tired of reading “instant” next to casinos that took two hours to pay us, so we started a spreadsheet, then a protocol, then this site. The idea is simple: we deposit, play, request a cashout and start the clock. What we publish is what the clock says.
The team
The test desk publishes under the collective name PayoutClock Test Desk. Individual testers use pseudonyms to keep their personal accounts separate from casino marketing teams — if operators knew who we were, our accounts would stop being ordinary.
Lead timer. Runs the protocol, owns the spreadsheet and signs off every published median.
Chain analyst. Verifies every timestamp against block explorers and writes our network guides.
Compliance and responsible gambling editor. Reviews bonus terms, verification policies and every word on our RG page.
How we make money
PayoutClock is funded by affiliate commissions. When you sign up at a casino through some of our links, the casino may pay us a fee, at no cost to you. That is the whole business model; we do not sell data, run display ads or accept payment for reviews.
The conflict of interest is obvious, so we manage it with rules: times come from the clock, scores from a fixed formula published on our methodology page, and no operator sees a review before it is published. Our current affiliate links all point to our top-ranked casino; if another casino beat it on the clock, the leaderboard would show that first.
Corrections and contact
If you have timed a withdrawal at one of our listed casinos and your experience differs significantly from ours, tell us — we treat reader reports as leads for spot checks. Factual corrections are made promptly and noted with the date on the affected page. We are not the official site of any casino listed here, and we cannot help with individual account disputes; contact the casino directly, and see our guide on delayed withdrawals for escalation steps.
